Este folleto, de breve y concisa pluma, narra la importancia de las elecciones del 16 de abril de 1989 en Uruguay, relacionados a dejar sin efecto los artículos de 1 a 4 de la Ley N° 15.848. Esta ley, dejaba sin efecto penal a responsables de violaciones de Derechos Humanos en Uruguay; por lo mismo, se llama a la población a luchar por la verdad, la fraternidad y la justicia por medio del voto y el compromiso de ir a escrutar informados.
